Quality in Befriending Excellence award

Befrienders Highland is very pleased to announce that we have successfully retained our Quality in Befriending Excellence award.
The Quality in Befriending (QiB) Award is the only award in the UK which is specifically tailored for befriending services and is valued by referrers, befrienders, commissioners and funders.
Developed by Befriending Networks in consultation with member organisations and other experts in the field of befriending, it promotes Good Practice in the Sector.
On successfully retaining our award, Lynne Davies from Befriending Networks described our achievement in this way -
'QiB is a process that requires significant effort, so achieving it is truly a recognition of your hard work and time invested.'
