Skill Share Volunteer

Learning and development is an intergral part of self-improvement and confidence building. It can also be a key component in mental health recovery; and when carried out in group format, there is an invaluable social and bonding aspect to it.

Here at Befrienders Highland, we would like to be able to offer our members a range of free Learning and development opportunites where they can expand their skills and build their confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

If you have a skill you would like to share with our members, we would love to hear from you. Your Skill Share could be delivered by way of a group talk, workshop, or a course.
