Positive messages to help people in crisis.

Posted on

One of our volunteers, Alec has been inspired by a recent article in the news, highlighting how positive messages can help vulnerable people by putting signs in places to try to help change their mindset if they are in a crisis situation.

"I know a few men and women in the Highlands have gone to the Kessock Bridge with depressed thoughts and sadly have not come back"

Having been moved by the story Alec has taken the initiative to put these messages up on the Kessock  Bridge and at Nairn Beach.
