Post Office Error

Befrienders Highland regret to report that a batch of large letter items were sent last Thursday (3/12) with insufficient postage. This was due to an error at a local Post Office.
Whilst we do have a certificate of posting to where the items were sent, this only includes the building name or number, with the postcode; to match this information to our database would be similar to searching a haystack for a needle.
If you are affected by this error, do please get in touch with your Co-ordinator and we will reimburse you for any out of pocket postage expenses.
